Ingredients

1 cup cold brew coffee (strongly brewed, chilled)

2–3 tbsp Irish cream syrup (homemade or store-bought — see below)

Ice cubes

2 tbsp heavy cream or half-and-half (for the creamy swirl)

Optional: a splash of real Irish cream liqueur (for an adults-only upgrade)
Homemade Irish Cream Syrup (optional but epic):

½ cup sugar

½ cup water

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ tsp instant espresso powder

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Instructions

Make the Syrup (if going DIY):

In a saucepan, whisk sugar, water, and cocoa powder over medium heat until smooth.

Stir in espresso powder, vanilla, salt, and condensed milk.

Let cool and store in a jar.

Assemble the Cold Brew:

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Pour in the cold brew.

Add 2–3 tbsp of the Irish cream syrup (or liqueur if you’re going bold).

The Creamy Finish:

Slowly drizzle heavy cream over the top for that cascading swirl.
