Ingredients
-
2 tsp Wild Octane chai tea leaves
-
1 cup hot water (just off the boil, ~200°F)
-
½ cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened preferred)
-
½ cup milk of choice (whole, oat, almond, or coconut)
-
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
-
1 cinnamon stick (optional garnish)
-
Fresh cherries (optional garnish)
Instructions
-
Steep the Chai:
Bring water just to a boil, then pour over Wild Octane chai tea leaves in a teapot or infuser. Steep for 5 minutes (adjust for strength). -
Cherry Infusion:
While the chai is steeping, gently warm the tart cherry juice in a small saucepan—just enough so it’s hot but not boiling. -
Combine & Cream:
Strain the steeped chai into a mug or heat-safe glass. Stir in the warmed cherry juice, then add your milk of choice. -
Sweeten the Edge:
Add honey or maple syrup if you want to mellow the tang and spice. -
Garnish & Serve:
Drop in a cinnamon stick and maybe a fresh cherry on the rim for the full Wild Octane flair.
